PAIA manual

This manual is provided in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA), and explains how to request access to records held by Boshoff & Moore.

About PAIA

PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by public and private bodies, where required for the exercise or protection of rights.

Records available

Typical categories include company records, statutory records, tax and accounting engagement records, and correspondence — subject to confidentiality and legal privilege where applicable.

How to request access

Submit a written request describing the record you seek, the right you wish to exercise or protect, and the preferred format of access. We may ask for proof of identity and any authority to act on behalf of another person or entity.

Fees and timeframes

Prescribed request fees may apply. Timeframes depend on the nature of the request and any statutory requirements. We will confirm next steps after receiving your request.
